Clean rooms and bathroom facilities. Friendly staff. Nieu Bethesda in winter by Linda Longley 02 September 2017 I loved everything about my stay at this backpackers and this amazing little town. The Karoo Lamb provided wonderful dinners, and if you needed anything, a quick walk down to chat to Katrin was all you needed to do. Ended my stay with a gig by the Akkedis band in their Ramstal pub. Amazing experience. I will be back! The tranquility of the area was a highlight to us We felt really save by Marelia Joubert 18 October 2018 Extensive information about the area is readily available. A visit to the owl house and fossil sites is a must and an aware maker of our surroundings. And it is easily accessible, even for older people. My 82 year old mom walked around the area with relative ease. The gravel road on the one side and tar road on the other side towards Nieuw Bethesda is well kept and easily accessible with any vehicles.
