The house offers a relaxing beach-style, and is within walking distance to the beautiful Paradise Beach. The well-regulated, secure area allows for children to ride their bicycles safely around the estate.

The double-storey house comprises 4 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each; the bedroom on the lower level also contains a bunk bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet, and the second and third bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom with a bath and shower. The fourth bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.

The house also comprises an open-plan kitchen, and living and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a 5-hob gas stove, an oven, a microwave, and a fridge, as well as a kitchen island, and the lounge is furnished with leather sofas and a TV with full DStv for relaxing evenings.

Stacking doors open up onto a spacious, undercover patio with built-in braai facilities, and a patio table, benches and chairs, to spend leisurely evenings outdoors enjoying the sea breeze. Linen and bath towels are provided, and guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Guests also have access to 2 lock-up garages for secure parking.

The location offers access to Langebaan attractions, such as Club Mykonos and Laguna Mall down the road. Langebaan is a wonderful holiday destination with sea-view restaurants and beautiful beaches. For the golfers, Langebaan Country Estate and the golf course is a 12-minute drive away.
