Paradiso Romatico is an air-conditioned self-catering suite situated within the Simbithi Eco-Estate, in Ballito. The suite offers comfortable accommodation for families and groups looking to be close to the ocean in a peaceful setting, away from the busy tourist areas.

The penthouse suite includes three spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a luxuriously furnished open-plan living area. The living are comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with TV and dining area, all leading out onto an expansive balcony. The balcony includes a swimming pool and sun loungers with views of the Indian Ocean.

Beautiful - but by

Spectacular views in this spacious flat but it under delivers. for The price you would expect a well stocked kitchen but there is hardly anything in the kitchen ito utensils - not even a plunger ?? Deck door was broken  - WIFI so slow it might as well not have been there  -TV didn't work anyway ?? 

Pretty apartment, but admin a frustration by

The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. It lacks a few kitchen basics but is otherwise fine.  Note that the outside tiles, including the stairs up to the apartment are extremely slippery and we had to be very cautious with our young children and older parents.  The stacking doors to the balcony are rusted and don't open easily. This has been going on for some time according to past reviews.  The apartment is serviced every 2 days, in the middle of the day which we found quite tiresome, as a team of 4 would take over the place in the middle of our lunch.  Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the clubhouse pool (excellent for kids under 10), the ability to go for runs in the estate. Remember to take ID books for all drivers to get security access to the estate.
