Review of stay at the guest house by

Pebblestone is aesthetically pleasing and a and clean. I was shocked and very unimpressed to arrive on our first day to be received by a lady who could not speak English, she spoke Afrikaans. Iam South African and was shocked that the owners would leave a persoon who was not English speaking in charge and to receive guests from around the world. The lady was not at all trai to be receiving guests and was complaining about the job to us as guest's which is extremely unprofessional. Further the parking is such that guests have to park one behind the other and every morning we were woken up by a loud knock on our door to move our car. I would not recommend this place if you do not understand or speak afrikaans and if one is looking to rest. Further I think the place is overpriced and did not offer valie for money. Simply put my partner and I ended up leaving 3 days before our intended departure date due to all the inconvenience. The owners should now be cognisant of yhe fact thatEEnglish is the business language and all its staff should be trained to speak the language ans well as trained on professional skills. Highly umimptessed and irritated client
