Pecan Place is an entire private cottage, offering comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious, self-contained cottage situated on a secure, private property in the quiet residential area of Durban North. The location offers easy access to a wide selection of restaurants, shopping centers and beaches.
The cottage can accommodate two guests and comprises a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private open-plan kitchen and lounge area; the bedroom has a walk-in private courtyard.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, under-the-counter oven and hob, and a steam iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee is also provided. With advance notice, and at an additional cost, a ?do-it-yourself' continental breakfast can be supplied, or grocery shopping can be arranged before arrival.
There is a large flat screen TV with full DStv satellite channels. The private courtyard also has a retractable clothes line.
Business hubs in Umhlanga Ridge are approximately 15 minutes away, and King Shaka International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away. The accommodation is suitable for business or leisure travelers, and is not suitable for infants or children. Uber is also available in the area.
