Perfect 10 - Front of House

NB! Please do not select Front of House including Studio 2 and Front of House Excluding studio 2 together. This is will be overlapping stay options in the same house - THE HOUSE (The Entire House including the 2 Studio's sleeps 11 in beds and 2 on a double sleeper couch so max 13 and maybe 2 more on request but you'd need to bring extra bedding for the 2 extra guests which we'll discount the rate for. We have 2 single futons to sleep on the floor for these extra 2 guests. Strictly no sleeping on couches unless you pay R8000/couch breakage deposit. The FRONT OF HOUSE Excluding STUDIO 2 accommodation includes the entire front side of the main house including entrance lounge with a spare bed and sleeper couch for two more children on request. It sleeps 7 and STUDIO 2 another 2 or a couple.

THE HOUSE then has a very big kitchen, and a 2nd full Kitchen in STUDIO 1, dining area and a family room with a TV. The front veranda, lawn and a braai area facing the nature reserve/large green belt with a running/walk track and path to the Lagoon/Estuary. There is an ideal wind protected beach out in front of the house but its best to drive out and down to the parking lot with a special board walk to this lovely beach nook. It is diagonally to the front left of the house so you would need to drive out the estate and turn right (not left toward Mykonos!) then follow the road around the corner toward the estuary/ocean mouth and you will see the special parking lot right in front of you. Park and walk down the path and board walk to the beach :).

Please remember to only select 1 of our stay options at a time unless you'd rather book the 2 STUDIOS for 4 guests and not the FRONT OF HOUSE should 2 couples want more privacy and separate kitchens but still be together or next door to each other.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second room is open plan with two single beds and it's own study area. This allows one en-suite bedroom and one guest toilet. Only hand towels provided in bathrooms and guest toilet. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
