Perissa is a wheel chair friendly, spacious three-bedroom unit with lovely sea views, ideally located in Ocean Drive, Ballito.

It is close to various shops, restaurants, and the beach. The unit can comfortably accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms each contain twin single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. The comfortable living area includes a TV with Full DStv. The unit has two showers and no bath. The living area leads to a balcony with sea views, and outdoor dining furniture.

We do not do bookings for unaccompanied under 25's

Fantastic Private Beach & Luxury Appartment by

Wow what a stunning location. Private beach, swimming pool and sea views from our balcony. Fully equipped apartment with bar and cable TV What more can you ask for. I strongly recommend Perissa 38 for parties of up to 6 people. Best regards Paul from Nottingham UK

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a clean, neat and tidy rental apartment. However, one needs to take toilet rolls as we were supplied with what was left on the roll and told that was the supply for the weekend and if we needed more we must purchase them. Not a problem, but would have preferred to know this beforehand.

Location, sea view by

Santorini is a great complex but seems "run-down" especially Perissa. there were painters there however seems they leave it a bit late before repair, the room itself (38) was well maintained & nicely refurbished, its the exterior (balcony, pergola and surrounding units) that require maintenance and let it down.
