Periwinkle Place

Periwinkle Place is a modern, spacious and secure holiday home in a quiet setting only a short stroll from famous Long Beach, in the relaxed village of Kommetjie on the Atlantic Coastline. The single-storey house with European standard furnishings and design, features two en-suite bedrooms, a lounge, a dining area, a kitchen, and a separate outside entertainment area. The living, dining area, and one bedroom have direct access to the solar heated pool (seasonal), surrounded by a wooden deck. There might be other guests staying on the same premises in a seperate building (shared pool area) There is a private terrace with a braai facility for the guests. Secure open parking for one car behind a remote controlled gate. Kommetjie has a small village feeling. A paradise for surfers, hikers, cyclists and any outdoor enthusiast. Small shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Gourmet restaurants, wine farms and shopping center are only a 10 - 15 minute drive away.
