The cottage is just short drive away from Langebaan and Paternoster, which both have many beaches for guests to enjoy.Return to the cottage for a delicious braai and unwind with a refreshing drink on the stoep or on deck where you can appreciate a lovely sunset.

Good sized room. Good setup. Friendly service



What a stunning quiet place walking distance from the sea and you walk out of your room in well organised garden. Peaceful. I've been to many guest houses and selfcatering but even it's not far from home it's worthwhile breaking away. Not far from Lanfebaan, Jacobsbaai and Vredenburg and the breakfast was deliciously and more than enough. Last but not least the 2 wonderful owners Leon & Tilla Nell. Tx again



Enjoyed the quiet residential setting. Rooms are adequate and neat. Our hostess, Tilla, is very friendly , hospitable and warm-natured. The breakfasts were varied, wholesome and delicious. The price is a real giveaway - you get real bang for your buck. We befriended the other guests and had great fun. Were rather sad to leave. We recommend Pikkie especially to couples.

Awesome oasis in Saldanha Bay! by

Pikkie Cottage was an awesome oasis in a dry and windy Saldanha Bay.
The room was comfortable and well appointed.
Breakfasts around the 'common' table were social and the food always tasty and lovingly prepared by Tilla.
