Ramsgate Bamboo Cottage is located in the charming seaside town of Ramsgate. The cottage is only 1.6 km from the main swimming beach. From here, you can walk on a walking trail to the left (towards Margate) or right (towards Southbroom)......all along the beach!

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. In the living area is 4 single-sleeper couches. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower and bath.

The living area is open-plan and the kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, an oven, crockery, and cutlery. The living area has ample comfortable seating, 4 single-sleeper couches and a dining room table. The living area leads out onto a verandah with outdoor dining set.

Ramsgate Bamboo Cottage is built right next to a unique bamboo bush which is protected by the local conservation authority.

To whom it may concern

My family and I want to give a big thank you for 8 lovely days we've spent in the Bamboo Cottage in Ramsgate. This well groomed, spacious house was a home from home ? peaceful environment (in the midst of the bamboos!), lots of space for 8 people, well designed and well equipped. Although it is not situated at the beachfront, it offers everything we wanted to get some rest and enjoy our holiday. And the beach is just more than 1 km away ? perfect for a brisk walk or run!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay d in this beautiful house, definitely a perfect spot for serenity and relaxation! We absolutely loved how all the small things were thought of and the attention to detail that Charl and his wife paid when building and furnishing this house. It was in close proximity to the beach and many local restaurants.
