The cottage is fully furnished and equipped and ideal for long or short-term rentals. This is a wonderful holiday location for visitors to Cape Town! The area is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the Constantiaberg Mountains including Elephant's Eye. Easy access to the highways and all tourist attractions. This is also an ideal location for visitors to Constantiaberg Medi-Clinic or if you are here on business in the Southern Suburbs as it is very easy to access Tokai, Westlake, Claremont, etc. from the area.

This lovely cottage is available to rent from the middle of March. The cottage has a large double bedroom with bathroom en-suite and loads of built-in cupboards. The bathroom has a basin, toilet and bath/shower. The lounge and kitchen are open plan with a bar counter to sit at. There is a new double bed with 100% cotton linen and towels! The lounge opens onto a sun-drenched, private patio with a lovely garden. There is a bistro table and chairs for you to sit and catch the sun. The lounge is furnished with a very comfortable couch and chairs as well as a desk to work at and tv unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini oven and grill, a fridge/freezer and all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are supplied. The entrance is totally separate from the main house.
