We offer a uniquely beautiful holiday, conference and function venue in Hout Bay. It is an upmarket Boutique Hotel with 15 stylishly decorated rooms, three swimming pools, a Cape Dutch manor house and an elegant function venue.

Facilities include a sunlit garden gazebo, three swimming pools and 16 en-suite double rooms. Each room has DStv, wireless Internet access and a coffee station. Various accommodation options include 6 Manor House rooms ,5 Ggarden rooms and the three studio apartments. There is also the Tree House, which is a two-bedroom chalet overlooking the mountain stream. It has an open-plan lounge and a fully equipped kitchenette with its own private swimming pool.

Hout Bay is 25 minutes from central Cape Town and 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. It is conveniently close to golf courses, wine estates and shopping malls. This coastal town offers majestic views, outdoor adventures, restaurants and everything needed for a perfect holiday or productive business trip. Riverside Boutique Hotel also has a wedding and function hall capable of seating 120 people and serves as a special conference and team building venue.

Trip of a lifetime by

Where to begin ? We arrived VERY LATE (after a delayed flight) to be greeted by Monica and James, welcomed and taken to our beautiful Cape Dutch room. The location was superb, apart from a few noisy neighbours at World Of Birds ! - and the wedding of our niece Claudia Mitchell on 5 April in the grounds was fantastic. We stayed nine nights in all, and during that time nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, who were always smiling and looked to be enjoying their work. Monica 2 in the office was also very helpful when we had some problems locating the bride's mother urgently when catering supplies arrived unexpectedly ! Even the weather behaved itself - sunshine every day, including for the actual wedding. Thank you so much for the trip of a lifetime - we will never forget it. Very spacious and beautiful guest house. The staff are quite friendly and always think for your convenience. In addition, breakfast is totally beyond my expectation! My family love it very much.
