Arniston and Arniston-Etnas is near the southernmost town in Africa, Cape L'Agulhas and arguably one of the most beautiful parts of Southern Africa. Arniston-Etnas offer more than 60 houses and flats for rent which ensures suitable accommodation is almost always available for your sojourn in Arniston.

Seafront house with a lovely view over Roman Beach. Three bedroom house. One bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds in each. Two bathrooms.

WIFI available. DSTV Guest House package available.

Bring own Towels. Bedding provided. Alarm: Outside and inside beams.

Arniston is famous for starry night sky's as we do not have street lights. The Arniston Beaches have clear rock pools ideal for snorkeling and warm water up to 20 degrees during summer. Hiking along the coast and resting on the memorial benches is a high point. During September whale watching must be added to your list. Arniston is also a well known fishing destination. Watch the local fishermen launch their boats and join in the excitement when they bring home their catch of the day. The Cave, that can only be accessed during low tide, must also be added on your list of things to do.

Sub-standard and over-priced by

The location is magnificent but the condition of the property is very poor. The bathrooms need a complete overhaul including the water / hot water / pressure / taps / shower tiles - mouldy and cracked / toilet cistern leaked / faulty - dripped continuously / showers doors stuck / not enough hot water available for more than one shower at a time. The security gate to the braai area was the only access point from the kitchen/house and it is so corroded that it needs two people to slide open. The oven kept tripping and the stove tops/plates were corroded to the point of needing replacing. Some of the blinds did not reach the floor as the cords / cables were so badly knotted and in disarray. The furniture and general comfort provided for the cottage was the bare minimal for a rental of this calibre and price.
