Surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants, take-aways, cocktail bars, pubs and nightclubs, it is right in the middle of the action and a stone's throw from the lifeguard and shark protected main beach with its seasonal entertainment, swimming and tidal pools, ice cream kiosks and beachfront eateries. You'll have no need for your car unless you want to explore the surrounding areas and visit the many local attractions, such as our nine world class golf courses, the Wild Coast Sun casino and water amusement park, the magnificent Oribi Gorge, our world famous diving sites, snake parks and crocodile farms and drifting track - to name but a few.The spacious and well appointed first floor apartment sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms (main bedroom with extra length queen bed, second bedroom with a double bed, third bedroom with two single beds, and a sleeper couch for kids on the enclosed patio). The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and the second bathroom has a bath only. The modern granite kitchen is fully equipped for all your day-to-day cooking needs and looks open plan across a breakfast counter to a dining area and spacious comfortable lounge with flatscreen television, DSTV (limited channels) and DVD Player. Off the lounge there is a large fully enclosed sunny balcony with large sliding windows offering sea and breaker views. It has a dining suite, cocktail bar, gas braai and sleeper couch.Parking is provided for one car only (possibly two smaller cars in tandem) in the secure basement with elevator. All linen is provided but please bring your own beach and bath towels. The unit is not serviced unless by arrangement.
