Rose Cottage is a spacious, well-equipped, self-contained apartment in the lovely village of Haenerstburg, near Magoebaskloof. Set in lovely gardens, with views over the grasslands, it is within walking distance to quaint village shops, a friendly pub, a family restaurant and upmarket coffee shop.

This cottage sleeps two guests in one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Quality linen is provided and there is a separate bathroom with a shower. The kitchen area includes a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a table top oven and a hob. Steps may make it unsuitable for disabled or elderly visitors.

Nestled in developed gardens, on the edge of the village with open views over the grasslands, indigenous forests and plantations. There is a wealth of activities to keep you busy, or this lovely country spot is where you can just relax and recharge.

Beautiful, quiet village experience by

it is a beautiful cottage, neat and clean! the views of the mountains are stunning! The people of Haenertsburg are friendly. we had a wonderful time. The garden was peaceful and well kept. I can recommend this cottage to anyone. The steps might be a problem for someone who is disabled as they would have a hard time getting up them as well as an elderly person with knee problems! the experience was great really had a good time.



Wonderful place. Nice, cozy and clean. With fantastic views around and nice and helpful hosts.

A Lovely Stay by

What a lovely cottage. The decor & luxury ~ a duck feather duvet in the middle of winter & full bouquet DStv channels and more made this weekend a treat! Henry went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We will be visiting Rose Cottage again soon!

Loved the cottage with a beautiful garden overlooking the mountains. It is very comfortable and clean cottage, equiped with everything you may need from fresh towels and bedding with extra blankets, coffee, tea, milk and rusks. Will recommend it to our friends.
