RUSTIKA GUEST LOGE RECENSIES (73 %) Confortable Accomodation but notbody in sight by Suzanne Aherin, South Africa 30 May 2016 The accommodation gives you a bush feel in the middle of Fourways which we loved. On checking in I noticed that they were only expecting one person when I had booked for two. When I pointed this out I did not get much acknowledgement, so I left it, and we managed with the available towels. What we did not manage with was the lack of hot water. There was nobody on site but eventually I found a guard Richard who was extremely helpful. Next morning breakfast was un edible and we said that we would not be having breakfast again during our three night stay. No questions where asked why? As it so happened we only stayed for two nights as our plans changed. When we checked out there was nobody in sight so we left, leaving the key in the door. I would have thought someone would have phoned to see if there was a reason that we check out early and if everything was ok. But no such thing. I do think the accommodation is comfortable but find the lack of attention to detail and the no caring attitude a little disturbing,

Our team feels that our beautiful guest lodge was in no way deserving of your review. Our manager had resigned that week to move back to her home country and we had a fill in over the period of your stay. There are 4 caretakers that live on the property as well as a 24 hour security guard. So there are always plenty of happy staff to lend a helping hand. We are within safe walking distance of two of the best breakfast and lunch restaurants in Fourways that we issue vouchers for to our guests. As well as a chef on duty to make amazing breakfasts. You wanted a poached egg and our poacher was not working so our staff did try our best to meet your needs. We have many happy guests that return time and time again to our stunning place that is really great value for money. You won't find better in Fourways and we have hundreds of happy guests that could vouch for that. Perhaps a 5 star hotel would be more pleasing for you. We are also happy to announce that we have a fantastic new management team starting on the 6th of June, we are very excited!

Excellent location, got more than expected by Michelag Gioia 08 May 2017 Very close to all major points, really rustic, clean and relaxing. Breakfast was good, unlike other reviews. Place is much nicer than the photos. Would definitely book again and for the price its well worth it.
