Sanderling Ocean Lodge Grotto Bay is a beautiful home, exceptionally comfortable and only 80 metres from the sea. The lodge offers a self-catering home ideal for four to five people, and offers a peaceful retreat for groups and business travellers.

The house has two large bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and views of the area and ocean. The fully equipped kitchen has a central island that has all you required to prepare a good home cooked meals. In additional guest will also find a laundry and pantry.

The central hall built around an enormous fireplace includes two seating- and two dining areas, a TV area and study. The surrounding library has well-loved books going back three generations and is available to visitors on trust. There are dozens of DVD's to select from for your entertainment including DStv to ensure you don't miss your favourite shows or sporting events.

Excellent place to just unwind, relax, enjoy the view. Took my fishing rod with, angled off the rocks - no bites though - but great to get out. Nice walk to abandoned house and back. It is really quite, only the sea. House is very big, has lots of interesting books, variety of ornaments, old furniture, great fire place, huge rooms, huge bathroom. Loved the rain on the metal roof
