Scali Wine Studio offers an idyllic and cosy two-bedroom unit, en-suite bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen for self-catering, barrel balcony, a comfortable interior.

This family-owned and run organic wine farm with a winery in the Voor Paardeberg region, fifteen kilometers from Paarl and Wellington. Ideal for a restful family, business stay or honeymoon. Close to function venues, golf courses, bird watching, cycling and hiking routes. wine tasting at Scali by prior arrangement. Come and enjoy your stay with us.

The wine studio is situated between our barrel and fermentation cellars hence its name. Next to the main farmhouse, we can accommodate four people in the quiet heart of the wine countryside, surrounded by grapevines and olive trees in the Voor Paardeberg region. Our farm is organic for grapes & wine.

The Scali Wine Studio has two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. We supply good quality duvets, white percale linen, and soft bath towels. A small farm-style kitchen, well equipped. Open plan lounge and dining room area decorated with unique furniture and ample space. An inviting wine-barrel-balcony with wrought iron chairs and table to enjoy the surroundings and views, with a glass of our wine.

Enjoy a complimentary bottle of our organic wine and of course more if you like our wines are available to buy at cellar door prices.

First, enquire from your hosts, and if available if you can pick herbs and vegetables from our kitchen vegetable garden depending on the season and grill or barbecue your favorite meal with a glass of our wine. A portable braai/barbecue-drum (mobile braai) for a typical South African braai is available to use. Send us a request to use this and we move it to your accommodation.

Additional, you can order in advance a typical braai pack (local lamb chops, boerewors (farm sausage) and braaibroodjies (toasties on the coals with a delicious inner of tomato, onion, and cheese) and two salads in a bottle (green/potato/beetroot/carrot/tomato and onion) and including a bottle of our organic wine at R400 and additional options at an extra cost.


Laundry Service to be organized at check-in. Please book this in advance prior to arrival. Kindly note the closest food shops for groceries are fifteen kilometers away in Paarl or Wellington (Checkers, Woolworths food or PicknPay). No television, no smoking, and no pets.
Connect to free mobile Wi-Fi. Provided for your use of a hairdryer and available on request an iron and ironing board.

Complimentary freshly ground coffee, teas, milk, sugar, spices, and olive oil are available in the kitchen. An outside pool (enclosed) is available in summer for your enjoyment also (swimming towels are supplied).
