I stayed at the Snug which was very nice and cosy, nice view over the garden and the dam. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything one might need (much better than most other self-catering places I've been to) and the owners were lovely. Definitely recommend the place and hope to come back someday! I was looking for a place that would give us comfort, blue skies and fresh air and that's exactly what we got. We stayed in the cloud cottage up on the hillside and it was wonderfully private with a lovely view over the valley below. As has been mentioned in other reviews, there was some road noise from the traffic, but it didn't bother us and lessened substantially after the weekend. The cottage was equipped with everything that was needed and was very comfortable. We went for walks and spent time sitting on the verandah looking out at the peaceful view. Time out near Dullstroom by Lynda Coulentianos 09 July 2018 We loved the actual venue, just a heads up if you are not going to be doing you own dinners then it is a fair drive in the evening back after dinner BUT loved being out town and just in the country side which was so beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable and Trevor made sure we had whatever we needed. Highly recommended. Only thing that could have made it better is the addition of a shower to the bathroom - especially after a cycle. ??
