Seagull Vakantie Flat

The Seagull Holiday Flat is a spacious one-bedroom flatlet ideally located close to the beach in a quiet suburb of the beautiful town of George. The beach is only a short walk away, where activities such as swimming, sun tanning, and fishing can be enjoyed at your leisure.

The flatlet has its own private entrance and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The bedroom contains a double bed, and there is a sleeper couch in the lounge that can accommodate two guests. The modern bathroom contains a large therapeutic shower. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off when returning from the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and a microwave, a freezer, a large fridge, a stove and oven as well as all necessary basic crockery and utensils. In addition, it boasts a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The comfortable lounge area includes a TV with a DVD player and DStv capability, should you wish to bring your own smartcard.

There is a protected braai area with garden furniture. Two potjie pots are provided. On-site undercover parking is provided.

The flat is situated within easy access of top-class golf courses including Pinnacle Point, Oubaai, Fancourt Links, Fancourt Montagu, Fancourt Outeniqua, Pezula, Simola, Le Grande, and Kingswood among others.
