Simba Harare is a modern, Scandinavian-designed house situated in Harare. The plan for the house is based on Scandinavian principles of space and large windows, with five semi-autonomous wings of the house and spacious meeting rooms in the middle.

Simba Harare now has 13 rooms and can accommodate up to 26 or 30 people. Thus Simba is a good choice for larger groups, church groups or conferences. The cabin rooms are priced at a discount.

All rooms feature a private entrance, a separate toilet, an en-suite bathroom, Wi-Fi and a TV. The location in the lush, safe north-western suburbs of Harare is an excellent base from which to explore Harare, game parks and Kariba. We have water from own borehole.

Simba Harare by

Homely atmosphere on the outskirts of Harare. Do not expect too much, but totally acceptable for Harare with friendly host and people. Clean, safe and friendly.

Nothing like the pictures! by

Beware when you book here that the reality is nothing like the pictures suggest! The accommodation is very basic, but clean. There were loose wires hanging all over the place, and most plug points as well as the tv did not work. Our reception was very unfriendly, they were not expecting us although we had paid in advance and we were simply shown our room and left to our own devices. Unfortunately accommodation in Harare is very expensive and this is a real budget option, just do not be fooled by the pictures into expecting anything more.

The right place for professionals by

Having used Simba Harare now for two years for my professional visits to Harare. This time at the budget rooms to the pool. The owners has just returned from their yearly vacation to Europe, and the staff was very friendly with a lot of hospitality. The inside main house rooms are better but also more expensive, but all are kept at an international level at low cost (but best when the owners are there). Shall return anytime my business brings me back to Harare.
