Sixty On Queensway Luxury Gastenhuis

Who ever is responsible for the administration of this guest house should be fired. This was the most disappointing stay I have ever experienced since staying at guest houses both in my private and business capacity. No contact number we tried to phone in order make the necessary arrangements with the Guest House management were answered except for a number of a lady that use to work there about a year ago????? This number is still on your (Safari Now) website??????? WE were suppose to book in on Friday last week but no one answered their phones!!!!!!! to receive us. Only to find out that their is a second guest house (owned by the same owner we understand) where we should collect the keys.  Where was this stated on your website booking arrangements? We were stranded on Friday since we could not get hold of other acceptable accommodation. Only the day after some of the guests that already booked in confirmed that had the same problem trying to hold of someone to assist them so they can book in. They referred us to the second Guest House where they thought we were already booked in??????????? We received the keys and arrived at an untidy place where the  staff had to hasty clean the place......... Then, why do you advertise the place as Sixty on Queensway if the physical name advertised on the board outside is shown as Falco Hillcrest Business and Conference Centre???????????
