Downstairs we have the Mid-Level Bedroom en-suite with a spa bath and overhead shower~ own entrance / French doors opening onto the veranda. The bedroom is equipped for self-catering, bar fridge, crockery, and cutlery, etc.
All units are Air-conditioned with 40 inch TV's / DSTV channels. Barbecue facility on the sundeck/ entertainment area. Relax in the JUMBO Jacuzzi in the garden. Free remote control secure garage parking. The guesthouse is located in a quiet, secure, up-market area, opposite the Green Point Stadium / 1 kilometer from V & A Waterfront ~ area is safe to walk. The guesthouse is close to all amenities. For security ~CCTV 24/7 outside camera surveillance.
BREAKFASTS: Self-catering option or Hot Breakfast. (Complimentary milk for the first night of stay) muesli, instant oats, tea, coffee, and sugar are always available in all the units.
