Horrible experience by Gizeller Yolanda Reddy, South Africa 14 May 2013 My experience at Stafford Close blue was the worst I have ever had. I had to pick up keys at a garage first things first. When we had arrived it had said that the place is Stafford Close Blue. But on the board outside it had Stafford Close but the blue wasn't on the board outside the premises. When my husband and I arrived there the remotes were not working, we could not go inside the premises. We were told that we would have to park at parking 18 but the house no wasn't told to us, we assumed it to be house no 18 when we got there, the keys weren't working. I tried calling the owner they weren't answering my calls. The signal is very poor in that area. There's to contacts but both of them gave me no joy. She later replied my message that the were out to supper, that they never heard our calls. I would assume that if you have people coming to your premises make sure that they are comfortable you come second. We had a 4hour drive we were hungry and cold and tired. Even the next day call me or my husbands no to find out how is everything. Even on our check out find out if everything is ok. I am appalled to my experience at this establishment. I am no waiting on my call back, to let me know if I will be getting a full refund. It was fortunate that my sister inlaws booked in near by at Sea & Sky we had to sleep with them they had a spare room. Still waiting for reply. The unit was lovely, clean, well located and really relaxing!

Keshnee Naidoo-kandier, South Africa 06 January 2017 We had a lovely stay at Stafford close blue. The place was clean and tidy and the cutlery and kitchen utensils provided was than sufficient. The only downfall is that the place does get extremely hot and there is no air-conditioning or fans provided.
