Our clean and comfortable Self catering flat is situated on the Main Beach at Amanzimtoti, This is a lovely self-catering apartment set on the seventeenth floor (17th floor ) equipped for not more than 6 guest , 4 adults and 2 small children. With lifts to the 17th floor, with stunning sea views. Flat is on the beach. It is within walking distance to various shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities. Minimum stay from 2 nights and more

The apartment consists first bedroom with queen size bed and on suite shower bathroom with door to balcony. Second bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom opposite bedroom,, an open-plan living area with a sleeper couch, and a fully equipped kitchen. with dishwasher, washing machine deepfreeze and tumble drier for only 4 adults 2 small children (not more than that 6)Facilities include a TV with Open View HD. All linen is provided, Guests must bring their own towels, other bathroom utilities and cleaning detergents. A domestic cleaner is available on request, for basic cleaning such as dusting and floor cleaning without additional cost. Unit will be cleaned before occupation and after departure., Please clean dishes , its a self catering flat

The complex has a lovely swimming pool, a barbeque facilities and entertainment area. There is one 24 hours security undercover parking space available. Additional parking may be arranged by you at office of Stella Maris, and also paid to office , well in advance and if available.

Please take note that 14 days before arrival in order to get the info regarding access to the flat the following must have been completed:

1.) Additional costs to your accommodation daily accumulative rate including a basic admin fee of R 250.00, and a breakage fee of R750.00 This amount will need to be paid directly to the owner.

Kindly include this total of R1000.00 into your budget.

The breakage fee (R750.00) is refundable seven days after departure, only in the event of no damages during your stay in the flat.
