Summer Place Cottage

Summer Place Cottage is a quaint garden cottage situated in Flamingo Vlei near Table View. Situated in a lovely garden, the cottage is very private. Guests have access to braai facilities. It is serviced every third day and guests may enquire about using the garage.

The lovely cottage has one bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and is equipped with a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom consists of a shower only and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, a two-plate stove, cutlery, crockery and tea and coffee facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table and guests can relax in the cosy lounge which is equipped with a TV with DStv. Unfortunately children are not allowed.

Summer Place has three units "The Self contained Cottage" The Rose Room and the Lavender Room. It is situated within walking distance of a nature reserve which has a large bird population. Shopping malls and a bus service are located within 1.5 km of the property. Various wine farms can be visited around Cape Town, as well as a variety of golf courses. The lovely Bloubergstrand Beach is within a short drive and Melkbosstrand is within a 15-minute drive. Other attractions such as Table Mountain and the V & A Waterfront are located within driving distance.
