Swell, a charming double-storey house, is situated in the quaint town of Elands Bay, along the Cape West Coast.The house, which has three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, features an open-plan well-equipped kitchen with laundry amenities, a lounge with a fireplace, an eight-seater dining table, and a balcony with furniture and outstanding views. The abode also offers guests a lovely garden, and parking on the premises.The house has a self contained unit which sleeps 2 guests with own separate entrance, verandah and braai kitchen and en suite bathroom and parking. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer washing machine as well as an in door braai/ fire place. All bedlinen, bath towels provided, as well as kitchen cleaning materials including cubes for the dish washer and laundry detergents. The main house has the bedrooms downstairs and the upstairs open plan living room opens onto the ea facing verandah with ocean views. The spacious entrance hall makes good storage for surf boards, bicycles etc with a hot water outside shower for rinsing off.Elands Bay is an ideal destination for a relaxing beach getaway, with attractions in and around the area such as the stunning Elands Bay Beach, the Verlorenvlei, and The Tin Kitchen. The beach at Elands Bay has something for everyone. Rock pools to explore and rock crevices for crayfish and mussel collecting. The rocky shore heading to the point is perfect for beach combing for shells and treasures the shoreline in the other direction is sandy and perfect for long walks and runs or even low tide cycles. There are dunes for dune boarding and the beaches here are dog and horse friendly. It is a world renowned for its left point surf break as well as the fun beach break for beginners and boogie boarding. The kite boarders, wind surfers and SUP riders also have fun here riding the waves. there is a public slip for launching speedboats and jet ski's. Sea kayaking and fishing is also very popular.
