Taliesin is one of the most beautiful houses on Knysna Lagoon. It is as close to the water's edge as you can be. High tide comes up to the lower deck. It offers the most luxurious of self-catering accommodation you can find. There is a housekeeper on weekdays from 8:30am to 2:30pm. She keeps the place looking great. Housekeeping can be arranged for the weekends if needed.It is situated on Plantation Island, one of the Thesen Islands in Knysna Lagoon. The Island is connected to the mainland by a long course way and the community is gated, making the island private and secure.Taliesin sleeps 12 in luxury. Five of the six bedrooms are en-suite. There is a wonderful feeling of space throughout the house.
