The duplex apartment can accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, on the upper floor and an open-plan kitchen and living area down stairs. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The third bedroom contains two single beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a washing machine, tumble drier and a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV.

The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area which has outdoor patio furniture and braai facilities. The complex is secure and features a communal braai area. Parking is available for your car in a single lock-up garage. Guest parking is available for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis.
