Located on a beautifully preserved mountainside, this beach house offers magical sunset views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Baskloof Nature Reserve to the rear of the house. This two-bedroom house is ideal for a couple and two kids. The Aerie is perfect for those looking to relax by the seaside and enjoy the wide range of activities the area has to offer.

Accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area with a wood-burning fireplace. From the large deck guests can enjoy stunning sunset views and the back area also offers barbecue facilities for relaxed entertaining.

Bordering the Cape Point Nature Reserve, The Aerie is 20 minutes away from Simon's Town and the rest of False Bay, 25 minutes from the Constantia Valley Winelands, and 45 minutes away from Cape Town city centre. It is also just 10 minutes from a major shopping mall.

Please keep in mind that there are steep steps leading to the house, the house is not suited to those in a wheelchair or people with walking challenges.

Incredible ocean and mountain views by

Staying at the Aerie was such an uplifting experience. The location is unbeatable - remote and quiet- wild and unbelievably beautiful, yet close to Cape Town. Cosy and warm with the fire place, I loved that there was no TV but board and card games available. Wifi and cell reception was excellent so you are still connected to the outside world. The beds were very comfortable, the electric blanket very good for our winter stay. Views in the morning to the sea and the mountain as you sit in bed and sip coffee just unbelievable. Beautiful fynbos and nectar feeding hummingbirds, whales and rainbows, what more could you ask for.

What a heavenly stay at The Aerie! Panoramic sea views, beautiful mountain as backdrop, very clean and comfortable house, neat, quiet and well cared environment and surroundings, close to Simonstown and Kalkbaai for some browsing in little shops. We loved enjoying the sea views from the stoep, bedrooms, living area and even bathroom. Nice windows and doors to let in friendly daylight and even when windy we could still enjoy the sea view, surfers and golden sunsets from the living area. Wonderful was the continuous sound of the waves. Good value for money. We can't wait to be back at The Aerie. Thank you Karen.
