The Gables offers comfortable self-catering apartments, situated in the little seaside village of Chintsa East. It is located on the Wild Coast and is 35 km from East London, with beautiful beaches.

There are two Four-sleeper Apartments and one Loft Apartment available, all overlooking the river and valley. All linen and bath towels are provided, bring your own beach towels. The apartments either lead onto a balcony or the pool patio area.

We have a laundry on premises for the use of our guests and the apartments are serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays. Parking on property and Wi-Fi connection also available to guests. Wonderful accommodation for a family holiday.PLEASE NOTE: Regret we do not allow private parties or other private entertainment on the premises. Only our in house guests allowed on the property at all times.

Relaxing weekend at The Gables by

We had a wonderful time at The Gables in Chintsa this past weekend. Oh, what a tranquil, relaxed weekend. The Gables is very clean, well kept, and comfortable. Their rooms have those small touches that make you wish that it was your home. It was private, quiet and serene. I particularly enjoyed my morning runs and walks to the beach close by, and would definitely go back.



This was way above our expectations. Beautiful and comfortable. Loved it. Just update the route to Chinsta as the Burula route has been discontinued over 15 years ago. Did some damage to the underside of my vehicle. Turn left off the N2 at the Chinsta sign and follow the tar road which will take you to Chinsta West and Chinsta East.
