De Wingerd is a cosy double-storey house overlooking a vineyard, with spectacular views of the Langebaan Lagoon. The wooden self-catering home sleeps up to six guests in two double rooms and one twin room. The house is well designed, with a welcoming holiday atmosphere, and features a large verandah which can be closed as a sun verandah - ideal for winter and summer holidays.

The main bedroom contains an en-suite bathroom and the other two rooms share a bathroom. The home also comprises an open-plan living area with hotel bouquet DStv and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a verandah running along three sides of the house.

The washing machine will only be available to guests who book for seven days or longer.

PLEASE NOTE: A refundable breakage deposit of R1,000 applies per booking.

I had a good relaxing time and the facilities were really clean and nice.

Great views, spacious home by

We went to Langebaan for the Weskus half-marathon, and greatly enjoyed our stay at De Wingerd. It has stunning views all around - of the lagoon and the veld - delightful birdlife and is spacious, light and airy. The only minor niggles were that supplies were slightly stingy (no soap, only one dishwasher cube although we were there for more than one night).
