Thank you for reviewing your stay at Tiree B&B. We are glad you found Clover Cottage comfortable and convenient.
With regards to your comment of ?un co-operative hosts?, I am presuming that this is in connection with your request for a late check out, which, as I explained, we were unable to accommodate due to needing to prepare the cottage for new guests arriving. Courtesy goes both ways, and not only did we not hear from you concerning your ETA with us, despite 2 requests, you arrived over an hour after our check in time closes. I also got no response to a knock on your door to introduce myself as your host, welcome you and replace the heater. Perhaps you would find a hotel with a 24hr concierge more convenient next time you travel?
