Topanga 31 is located in a modern and safe complex in Uvongo, KwaZulu-Natal. This complex is within walking distance of the famous Uvongo Beach with its lagoon and waterfall. It is also near several shopping malls, restaurants and movie theatres.

Situated on the second floor, this self-catering unit boasts breathtaking sea views from the balcony. Sleeps 4 guests. The unit comprises 2 rooms each with an en-suite bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living area. The first bedroom has a double bed and a door leading to the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and its en-suite bathroom has a shower. An extra mattress for 2 children can be brought into the lounge upon request.

The kitchen is equipped with modern kitchen utensils, as well as crockery and cutlery for 4 guests. The living area has a TV with a DStv point and guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. The lounge leads onto a balcony with a table and chairs.

The Topanga complex offers 24-hour security, electric fencing, 2 large swimming pools, 2 children's pools and communal braai facilities. There is covered parking for one vehicle.
