Tuin van Eden is located in the Suikerbosrand area. It is 15 kilometres from the town, Heidelberg, in Gauteng and is surrounded by mountains, valleys and the Suikerbosrand River.

There are 15 Guest Rooms on the property and they include a honeymoon suite. The Pilgrims Rooms sleeps four guests each on basic bunk beds. There are 20 camping stands which can accommodate tents or 4x4 caravans. Both the pilgrims rooms and the campsite offer communal ablution facilities.

This is a scenic and tranquil environment for birdwatching, hiking, fishing, and team building. Various functions can be held on the premises and it is ideal for conferences and weddings.

Clean and affordable, beautiful scenery! by

Like the title says, it was clean and affordable set in beautiful scenery. Really great views. Only problem we had was upon arrival. We did not quite understand how we were supposed to get our room keys since no one was around. After a while, a lady came out to greet us and all was well.

Stunning venue just outside JHB by

If you're looking for a quiet getaway without too much "hotel flourish" then this is definitely the place to go. My wife and I enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Mixed Feelings by

Liked: tranquil setting. Beds and pillows very comfortable Disliked : open air toilet in same room as 4 beds together with extremely noisy fridge (which we couldn't use because of this). Windiws and doors on one side only - no air circulation. Toilet needs ceiling and extractor fan. In summary, we feel over-priced for what you are getting

The place is so amazing and awesome Gud place to be out of urban life it's gud n lovely place definitely gonna be more there . The owner n team awesome pple thanx to God I went to the place. Camping ?? wow real bush Camp awesome ??

Was a blessing in disguise I'm glad I've found my holy ground on the mountains ? it's s Gud place n away from civilization u need peace the best place to be.
