Turning Tides is a Guest House located on the exclusive Leisure Isle in the famous Knysna lagoon. Turning Tides offers warm hospitality, superb accommodation and self catering facilities. This is the ideal location to explore the Garden Route or relax by the lagoon. Spaceous rooms and sash windows create a bright, cheerful effect in the elegently furnished comfortable rooms. All suites have balconies and are en-suite, the breakfast room, a few comfortable chairs are between the bedrooms as well as the guests kitchenette which consists of a microwave and convention oven are available. The island is peaceful and secure with its own 24 hour security service.

We had a fantastic time at Turning Tides and were absolutely delighted with the high standard of accommodation. Mr and Mrs Hoskisson were charming, extremely helpful with recommending things to do in the area and explaining everything to first timers in South Africa. The breakfasts were freshly cooked and delicious.

Lovely people. Would be nice to have more TV channels in the room.

Spacious relaxing stay by

The rooms and facilities are nice and spacious we had everything we needed. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast. The hosts, could consider changing some curtains and linen, then it would have a more modern feel. The sound proofing to the room next door is not great
