Twin Greens is a very comfortable spacious five bedroom home with an exquisite garden over looking the 2nd and 3rd golf greens at Pecanwood Estate. Ideal for large groups looking for a relaxing break or golfers looking to take on the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. Pecanwood Estate offers an 18 hole golf course and practice facilities, tennis courts, two swimming pools, an elegant clubhouse and festive boat club. Guests will have access to all of the amenities on the Estate. Please note, Twin Greens is NOT a party house.

Twin Greens comprises an open-plan living area, that lends itself to entertaining family and friends with a covered patio and jacuzzi (used as a splash pool in summer) all set in the tranquil garden. In the Clubhouse, guests have access to a restaurant, a gym, spa, tennis courts and a sparkling swimming pool.

Guests have access to a kitchen that is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, breakfast counter with chairs, and cooking utensils.

Twin Greens is closely located to The Mountain Lake shopping centre which has a Spar, a doctor, chemist, Wimpy, Pizza Perfect, restaurant, hardware, hair dresser, petrol garage with Mugg and Bean as well as a plant nursery.

Disappointing by

The house is very cold - the wood burner was not operational, the gas fire ran out of gas shortly after being put on.
The Jacuzzi did not work and neither did the garage remote.

Comment ? house is cold, fireplace not operational ? The lounge area has two fireplaces and both are working fine and firelighters were available - if they struggled to get the Morso fireplace to work they could of contacted me or my maid that was there to assist.

Comment ? gas ran out ? Gas does run out - there were two full bottles of gas in the garage. If it had been mentioned it would have been changed.

Comment ? Jacuzzi didn't work ? Not true, my Jacuzzi guy was on site within half an hour of them notifying me and confirmed that all was working fine. As I mentioned in the house information pack it takes several hours for the Jacuzzi to warm up.

Comment ? garage remote not working ? Not true, it works perfectly, maybe operator error. Again if they had asked my maid or myself to assist we could of resolved this issue for them.

I'm actually very disappointed with this guest, they seem to say nothing at the time and then after leaving have a multitude of petty complaints that all could have been resolved quite easily.

The jacuzzi was not working, Mr Dave promised to send some one to fix it, he never come, the pool was not working, we booked for 6 couple, he said each couple will have their own room, lies, luckily one couple dropped us Friday, they wouldn't have a place to sleep.
