At Ugab Terrace Lodge we cater for those who would like to stay in the luxury of a well-furnished Bungalow or camp with your own camping gear at our Camp-site. The accommodation at Ugab Terrace Lodge has been designed with comfort in mind, despite the fact that guests spend most of the time outside.

Follow the rhythms of the seasons and whether your interests are birdwatching or just plain getting away from it all, this beautiful and peaceful place is for you. We provide an ideal setting for relaxation in the bush. Indulge yourself with the breathtaking views, animal life and overwhelming experiences of bathing in a swimming pool constructed in the rocks at the top of the mountain. Treat yourself with a walk in nature to experience our lustrous vegetation.

Ugab Terrace Lodge offers a wonderful restaurant overlooking the Rock Vinger and beautiful Ugab Terraces valley. Many activities are on offer to guests at an additional charge. Guests can enjoy walking trails of between 5 km and 10 km. Here you will find the 15th longest zip line in the world. Mountain biking trails, nature drives, bush lunches and star gazing can be arranged at the lodge.

Whilst enjoying the impressive sunrise and sunsets from the balcony of your Bungalow, you will allow yourself to come into contact with the endless tranquility and peace of mind. Namibia is the country to begin your African journey, with the daily life very much European but when in nature, realizing that you are away from the fast pace of life.

Very nice by

We had booked a camping site but when we arrived there we were convinced to stay in one of their awesome chalets. They offered us a special package which included dinner, bed and breakfast that we couldn't refuse. The overall experience at this resort was really pleasant.

We stayed at Ugab for 1 night in a chalet, all I can say is ...WOW! The staff, the food and the accommodation is to be recommended.

Fantastic the view from top and our chalets outstanding the hospitality great we were very happy, we had booked the campsite but they convince us to stay at the lodge it was a vice choice although it blow the budget.

Nice view bit expensive by

Was a nice view. The rooms are a bit old and the food was very average.  The pool is amazing and so were the views.  Hospitality was very low and after staying in a few other places on our trip were disappointed.  It is worth the view and a one time stay but I feel it was overpriced for what we got.

Amaizing view, excellent dinner by

Overall nice stay, but: No Internet, cabin too hot, no AC, No Mosquito Net and many mozzies.

Awesome accommodation, views, service, staff!!! by

This place was fantastic!!! We were traveling as a group of 4 adults, so booked 3 units, all of which had a spectacular view from the front deck. The rooms were large and airy, with excellent lighting, and one of the best showers we had in all of Namibia. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and both were wonderful (including the oryx steak at dinner, which was cooked to perfection). Staff were friendly and competent, and the chef was quite possibly the happiest person we've encountered on our travels!! The iconic 'Vingerklip' is a mere 7km down the road, and shouldn't be missed prior to leaving this magical area!!!
