Unathi Bush Lodge is situated in Veekraal 30 minutes from Brits Town. Ideally suited to nature lovers and folk who love the bushveld. ALL BOOKINGS INCLUDE A PLATED BREAKFAST.Our chalets and tented camps are rustic and well-equipped with all cutlery crockery glassware linen and towels included, and offers accommodation for up to 20people and is a fully self-catering lodge. It is ideal for a family or friends looking for a quick and quiet getaway in the bush, away from all the hustle and bustleThe chalets are private and are fully equipped units each with their own private braai/boma areas. It was nice and quiet by

the chalets were not what the reviews reflected or the description on the ads. i did discuss with the manager. lack of basic features like hooks to hang clothes, towels were so small, water pressure was low, nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom, - the staff was friendly and capable.

The mangeress, Chane, is very friendly and helpful. But recomending this place, NEVER. No aircons, chalet was very hot with only 1 wall mounted fan in kitchen area. When we opened the windows in desperate search for cold night air the mosquitoes had a feast. Could not sleep at all on Friday night. No cupboards to hang clothes. The pots were disgustingly dirty, I used microwave oven to boil potatoes. No pan to fry eggs for breakfast. No salad bowl, do spoons to dish up with, no can opener. No descend water to shower with, had to take off shower head to have a shower. Swimming pools were black with dirty water, couldn't cool off. Had to travel 37km to buy fan and Doom to have a better night on Ssturday. Wanted to have a drink in the bar, had to go back twice before there was somebody to help us serving our drinks, after he was told how to pour the drinks. Not a good ecperience at all, will never return to Unathi.
