- We loved the room decor and set up - Staff were very friendly - The private gym fulfilled our needs.

Highly satisfying stay at Urban Park Hotel by

The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. The room was very neat, spacious and included a full kitchen to our surprise. The hotel is located in a nice area very close to the Gateway shopping mall and offered real value for money. The two sleeper room cpould however do with a barrier between the shower/bath and bedroom. Overall very happy with stay and will be back in future.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

I was bit disappointed, firstly the lift was not working. We had to carry our heavy bags up and down the stairs. then we got into our room, the was a paddle of water on the kitchen floor the fridge was leaking. the toilet in the bathroom water wouldn't stop running after flushing.With all that said, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't think I'll come back though.
