Villa 2506 is a lovely one bedroom villa located on the 2nd floor with an exceptional view from the balcony that can accommodate up to 4 persons. The villa is located within the magnificent estate of San Lameer that provides various activities within walking distance.
This self-catering villa has a queen-size bed in the main bedroom with an aircon, while the living room has a convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 children. The open plan living area comprises of the kitchen that comes fully equipped for self-catering and includes a washing machine and a dining table, while the living area has a flat-screen TV with DStv.
The kitchen and living area lead to the patio which has a braai and outside furniture with a spectacular view of the estate and the sea on the horizon. The bathroom has a shower only.
The villa is serviced in season, but not in low-season. Should you wish to have the villa serviced during the low season, please inquire about our rates.
