I stayed in room 8 of villa de la rosa in bloemhof last night and I must bring to your attention the following: 1) Patio door is extremely hard to lock 2) Back board of the bed is broken 3) 2 bed lamps have loose connections and is dangerous to turn on 4) No hot water in the evening or even 6am in the morning 5) Toilet is hard to flush 6) Shower door is broken and doesn't close 7) Wifi is available but no one knows the pin. 8) At 6:25pm last night when I arrived the kitchen staff was leaving so I could not order from the restaurant but the times on the menu say they are open till 8pm? So I went to steers 9) At 7:25am this morning I was still sitting in the restaurant waiting for breakfast and no staff insight? Staff got there at 7:30am. 10) Tea and coffee facilities in the room but no tea or coffee or sugar? I sleep over for business but at R465 a night I expected the room at least would not have issues.

The place was nice, own privacy, the room was neat and great service. Warm welcome.

The kettle was nowhere near a plug. We had to ask for an additional towel, The bedside lights didn't work. but worst of all was a car alarm that went off and on from 2 a.m. until we eventually left at about 6 a.m.

Absolutely no highlight by

The facilities are in a shocking condition. I will not recommend it to anyone. In fact, I am too embarrassed to admit that we spent a night there. Next time I will think twice before booking anything on Safarinow.com
