Villa Favour has three double bedrooms including one en-suite, a fully fitted kitchen, home office space, dining area, lounge with gallery and an additional sitting area overlooking the pool and Bay. There are two patio areas, plus landscaped gardens well planted with indigenous plants, an additional outside shower and barbecue area. The main balcony enjoys a sparkling pool in which to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery, over the bay, it is equipped with tables, chairs and loungers for making the most of the views.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, patio doors and panoramic window onto a balcony with magnificent views over the ocean; it also has an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two overlooking the pool is a cool bedroom with a double bed and patio doors onto the lower balcony and pool area. The third bedroom has twin beds and also has panoramic views over the ocean.

The main entrance leads into a hall, fully equipped lounge with gallery, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with separate laundry room. The living areas are extremely well equipped to provide a very comfortable stay, a home away from home. For your entertainment indoors, there is a TV, DVD, and CD player.

This level also houses the master bedroom. A staircase from the dining area leads into the lower level with an additional sitting area and the main balcony with the pool, the family bathroom is also on this level.

On the gallery overlooking the living room there is an office area with a desk and relaxing chairs for reading, and an additional single bed.

The open plan kitchen is fully tiled with a built in dishwasher, a microwave, fridge, freezer, oven and hob. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and utensils for most requirements.

The Villa has two exclusive patio areas to the front, which tastefully extends the living areas and allows for the enjoyment of the outdoors. The main balcony enjoys a sparkling Rim Flow swimming pool in which to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery over the bay, and is equipped with tables' chairs and loungers for making the most of the views.

Gordon's Bay is a very secure area and Villa Favour has excellent security and safe parking.
