Villa Rich is a 9 sleeper home in Leisure Bay close to the main Leisure Bay Beach.

Set in a neat fenced garden. There is a large pool in the back garden with braai facilities. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, side by side fridge freezer, ice maker and a glass top stove and over. All you could possibly need.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom. Ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a double bed with no fan. The third bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a double bed as well as a single bed with an en-suite bathroom, and ceiling fan.

The town of Port Edward is nearby where you can find shops, supermarkets, doctors, banks, restaurants. There are a number of farm stalls and craft studios in the area. Margate and Shelly Beach offer various larger shopping malls.The annual Glenmore Ski-boat Classic Fishing Competition is held every May at Glenmore Beach and always attracts crowds when the boats bring in their catches. For the nature lovers, the Umtamvuna Nature Reserve offers hiking/biking trails, or see fearsome crocs at the Riverbend Crocodile Farm in Southbroom.
