Villasun's facilities and equipment include a sizeable swimming pool at the heart of the premises, an excellent tennis court and a fabulous club house with a pleasant lobby, fitness room, lovely kids' corner and large multipurpose area for events such as conferences or get-togethers.

Residents can use the free shuttle to Flic-en-Flac public beach or Cascavelle shopping mall at daytime. Security operates on 24/7 basis with CCTV cameras.
