Waterblom - Seaview Retreat in UNESCO Biosphere

Waterblom is situated in the small coastal town of Pringle Bay, in the Cape Overberg.

The unique house situated right on the ocean where you can simply let the sea, sky and beautiful, creative ambience wash away your daily stresses. It is a warm and intimate home, yet spacious enough for larger groups and it has sufficient nooks and crannies to provide privacy for that afternoon nap or for quality time with a great book.

Create memorable meals in the whitewashed Oregon pine kitchen with modern amenities including a dishwasher, cooking utensils and French press coffee plungers. The formal dining room seats twelve for candlelit dinners, or for a more informal meal you can gather around the French style kitchen table with its 8 chairs. A large wooden deck outside has dramatic views of the crashing waves and sunsets. The house has seen many big Christmas lunches!

In the centre of the house is a fireplace that can be stocked with wood during winter months. A whitewashed staircase leads to a large family room with comfortable couches to enjoy the 48-inch flat screen cable / satellite TV with full DSTV Bouquet. Two bathrooms offer a large modern shower and bath respectively and, in addition, the outside shower offers beautiful mountain views.

Pringle Bay has an abundance of great attractions in and around the area, including the Arabella Golf Club, the Kogelberg Nature Reserve and the Stony Point Penguin Colony.
