This newly renovated one bedroom apartment was designed and furnished with your needs in mind. The apartment can sleep two adults and provides a fully equipped self-catering kitchen with all the necessary appliances to make your stay comfortable such as a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Altmore 002 offers you a king sized extra-length bed with a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and underfloor heating. The lounge is furnished with a day bed and can be equipped with a special mattress and bedding that can sleep a young child. This must be arranged with the agent prior to arrival and holds an extra fee of R500 in cash on arrival. Both the bedroom and the lounge are furnished with televisions and the apartment has a guesthouse DStv satellite package. The lounge television has a BluRay DVD player. Other amenities include: secure underground parking for one car; daily housekeeping (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays); free high-speed uncapped Wi-Fi; air conditioning in the bedroom and living area; 24 hour security; lift and wheelchair accessible; a safe to store valuables; swimming pools on the estate and a gym facility on the estate at an extra cost.
