Waters Edge

This is a beautiful semi-detached house surrounded by nature and situated right on the water's edge in Llandudno. Watch the sunset from the pool deck or wander among the tidal pools on the path going through a nature reserve to Sandy Bay. Llandudno Beach is close by and is a great surfing spot. There are several rock pools and a small private beach in front of the house.

The upper floor has three bedrooms, a TV lounge and two bathrooms. The open-plan living area and the fully equipped kitchen is downstairs, all opening onto the deck with a raised swimming pool. There is a lovely patio with an outdoor table, a gas barbecue, a heater and a trampoline. For entertainment, there is table tennis and a separate TV room. The kitchen has a water and ice dispenser and an espresso machine. A separate scullery leads off the kitchen, equipped with laundry facilities and a dishwasher.

The house is equipped with a high-speed wireless Internet network, full DStv and an alarm system. The indoor carport houses three vehicles and the family housekeeper/nanny is available if required.
