Wells Guest House was built for the stationmaster shortly after the branch line opened to Cullinan in 1907, and is named after Fred Wells who found the Cullinan Diamond in 1905.

The guest house offers three rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and TVs. The house can be booked on a per room basis or as a whole, ideal for a family or a group of friends. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a communal lounge area available.

The charming village of Cullinan has managed to hold on to much of its mine village character, with a number of restaurants and shops lining the streets.

Cullinan's Oak Avenue is lined with both Jacarandas and Oak trees, which has a living museum to tribute this era. There are beautifully preserved Edwardian-period buildings, complete with picket fences and appealing little gardens.
