Fantastic by

We had a fantastic holiday in Zimbabwe staying at Wingbridge apartment. The house is very neat and neat. I recommend other people to stay at Wingbridge while on holiday. I was pleased about all the service I got during my stay with my family.

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. It was home away from home. Its central location very convenient.



Great place with loads of freedom,definitely staying there next time im in Bulawayo



* windows tied closed in bath & bedrooms
* no hot water in the kitchen
* not a single light bulb in the lounge, then the caretaker lady had an attitude when we notified her
* We made it clear to the lady that we would be using our own linens and other supplies, would clean for ourselves and all we needed was toilet tissue: somehow she was just bent on coming into our apartment when we were not there.

Establishment's Response:

1. I was called out to the apartment one day when there was a tremendous wind blowing. I tried to phone the tenant to close the window as they were making such a noise and there was a possibility that the windows would break. I was unable to get a hold of the tenant so I had to come to the apartment to close the windows.

2. The complaint about the stickiness in the kitchen: I offered to come and clean for them several times and they refused. It was there responsibility to keep the kitchen clean.

3. All the lights were in working order except for one in the lounge which she told me about and I corrected it immediately.

4. I offered twice to go and clean and change linen and she informed me "no problem" but every time I went to the apartment she changed her mind and said no.

I feel that her comments were not truthful .
We have had many good reviews for Wingbridge so maybe this time this person was a bit difficult.
